How will your customers know what services you offer if you don’t tell them? Social media comes in handy for this. Of course put them on your website, too. Don’t neglect your storefront. A poster or two will do more than add some color to your windows. Passersby will take note.
2. SAY THANK YOU

Make sure all of your details are accurate and be sure to give your customers all the information they need. Since Google uses location for searches, it’s vital that your map pin is in the correct spot. Upload a picture or two to your Google Business listing, it will help to make you stand out.

Does your website look the same as when it was first created? Swap in a new image for a refresh. Do you have pages and content for the services you offer? Build out your site with these details to help your page rank higher in Google search results. While you’re at it, make it personal. Be sure your name is font and center along with your phone number, email address, physical address(es) and hours.

As more of us rely on our phones over computer desktops or laptops, it’s become vital that your website is mobile friendly. Don’t neglect this crucial aspect with your website. That means your customers should be able to access all of the information they need on their phone.
10. HAVE A PLAN AND KNOW IT
Create a marketing plan and track your results. Set goals such as bringing in a designated number of new customers, or a certain number of comforters cleaned, etc. Ask yourself some questions like: What are your goals for this year and beyond?
